The scenic Hotel Miramonti restaurant, with its terrace overlooking Lake Acquapartita, is the ideal place to sample excellent local cuisine, with simple, genuine ingredients. Vegetables are picked every morning in the garden next to the hotel, following the food philosophy of Tonino Batani, the owner.

Our chef offers typical dishes from this area halfway between mountains and sea in the Tuscan-Romagnol Apennines. Food that follows the seasons: chestnuts, mushrooms and game in autumn, wild herbs, soft fruit and vegetables in summer.
